Harris County MUD 391 Residents,
Upon learning of the defects in our solar lighting, our contractor agreed to replace all solar shades at their cost. This necessitated us to wait for crews to be available, equipment to be shipped, and all components to be in place before the lights could be repaired. New modules are being installed in the light fixtures to allow us to see the status of the lights in real time, including which lights are down and solar battery life.
Crews are back onsite around the lakes with new equipment replacing poles. Please be aware that the areas around the lake will be an active work zone. Residents can expect to see 15-20 poles per day come back to life. The goal of Harris County MUD 391 is to have all three lakes back up and running at 100% operability in time for holiday festivities at the end of the month.
