New Billing System

HCMUD 391 Residents: INFRAMARK is updating their billing system with the following information below. With this transition, your account number has changed. Residents will need to open the link received in their email to update their account. This email has been sent by INFRAMARK. Many residents are concerned about the validity of this email. This email has been sent out to all INFRAMARK customers as they have changed over to StarnikPay.
