Best Trash provides each current residence with ONE 95-gallon trash cart and ONE 65-gallon recycle cart. Best Trash will replace any containers that are defective or otherwise become unusable due to normal wear and tear upon request.
If your container becomes lost, stolen, or melted, they can be replaced at $85.00 each by simply emailing customerservice@besttrashtexas.com.
Please remember to provide your District Name, address and indicate the damage on your trash can so we can determine if the container needs to be replaced or repaired.
For example, if the lid is broken, we would schedule a repair to put a new lid on the indicated container. If there is a crack in the body, please let us know which container is damaged and we can schedule to have the container swapped out.
Please note: The trash and recycle crew do not provide replacements or repairs. This maintenance is handled by a separate crew.
