Harris County Precinct 3 residents need to know to call in debris removal requests to the DEBRIS RESPONSE hotline at 713-274-3880.
Acceptable Items included are:
- Vegetative debris such as leaves, logs, plants, tree branches, etc.
- Construction and demolition debris such as building materials, dry wall, furniture, lumber, etc
- Appliances such as dishwashers, freezers, stoves, washers and dryers, water heaters.
- Electronics such as computers, radios, stereos, televisions, etc.
Items NOT accepted are:
- Normal household items and trash
- Household hazardous waste materials such as chemicals, batteries, paints, and other waste that must be disposed of at a hazardous waste facility.

NOTE: Non-emergency storm debris cleanup will be coordinated by planned street routes, giving residents notification, not by a first come, first serve basis.
